The Addison Police Department recently reported the following arrests and citations. Persons who are charged with domestic battery are not named in order to protect the victim’s privacy. July 7
A 29-year-old Carol Stream woman was charged with domestic battery in the 800 block of W. Lake at 6:37 p.m.
July 6
Jesus M. Huaqui Cespedes, 31, of Addison, was charged with DUI and squealing/screeching tires in the 200 block of W. Michael at 1:46 a.m.
Ruben Martinez, 42, of Addison, was charged with battery in the 100 block of S. Villa at 3:54 p.m.
July 4
Marion Hughes, 38, of Bensenville, was charged DUI, endangering the life of a child, failure to reduce speed and no insurance near Lake and Addison at 11:18 p.m.
July 3
Police said Christopher d. Speights 35, of Chicago, was issued two warrants and also charged with obstructing identification and no child seatbelt at 9:15 p.m.
July 2
Jorge L. Reyes Ortiz, 69, of Addison, was charged with DUI, transportation/carrying alcoholic liquor by a driver, parking where prohibited and driving while license expired in the 1200 block of Fischer at 4:08 a.m.
Margaret A. Walter, 60, of Addison, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and resisting a police officer at 8:08 p.m.
July 1
Yovani Flores, 25, of Addison, was charged with DUI-drugs and possession of cannabis in a vehicle near Lake and Addison at 6:45 a.m. Police said Flores also was issued a failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended.
BENSENVILLE

July 6, 10:45 p.m. near N. Maple Lane, police said Ivan M. Puledo of Bensenville was arrested for three DuPage County warrants.
