Addison police report

The Addison Police Department recently reported the following arrests and citations. Persons who are charged with domestic battery are not named in order to protect the victim’s privacy. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a conviction, and that suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

June 15

Misael Sanchez Cruz, 48, of Elmhurst, was charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to reduce speed and driving while license revoked or suspended in the 700 block of Winthrop at 10:12 p.m.

June 14

A 34-year-old Addison man was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm, domestic battery and two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in the 300 block of N. State.

June 13

Roberta E. Rhodes Dillard, 56, of Addison, was charged with obstructing justice and concealing aid to a fugitive in the 300 block of N. State.

June 11

Alex Z. Lopez Macias, 22, of Crest Hill, was charged with reckless driving, criminal damage to property and reckless driving at 9:27 p.m.

Amanda N. Maple, 30, of Villa Park, was charged with criminal trespass to a building in the 500 block of Macie at 7 p.m.

June 10

Marco A. Perez, 20, of Addison, was charged with aggravated battery to a nurse and resisting/obstructing a police officer in the 300 block of W. Lincoln at 8:42 p.m.
