Celebrating 15 seasons of Rock ‘N Wheels

Posted

In the spirit of this Rock 'N Wheels season, let's take a moment to look at how much the Addison community has grown.

Rock 'N Wheels began as a small motorcycle show, with music presented from the gazebo. Local bands performed, many for free, until the village received enough community support to budget more funds.

In the past 15 years, the village has hosted many wonderful acts on stage including some well-loved performances such as Queensryche, Scott Stapp from Creed, Orianthi, Buckcherry, Soul Asylum, Los Lonely Boys, The Grass Roots, Ides of March, Kashmir, Big Suit, American English, Think Floyd USA and many more.

The village also has supported local restaurants as vendors through Rock 'N Wheels for years and given local non-profits a stage for the community. Rock 'N Wheels has become an Addison staple, and a way to bring the community together.
